Wow, so it's July....

I was going to not post all summer.........and just post at the end of it with something bratty like "Well summer was...." but now i'm bored and seem to be wanting to post instead of reading massive amounts of native american literature, typical sam meister fashion.

Let's first discuss that class........it's pretty insane. Tons of reading and a lot of mediocre writing.

This summer has been....well it's been very telling. I've recovered a friendship from a place i thought it would never come out of, and i'm very happy about that. I've lost a friendship, and in all honesty i'm not really that bothered by it.
Mike and I just celebrated one year, and that was really really nice. It's so bizarre to me to think that i have been with him for over a year now....part of me feels like we've been together forever, but then the rest of me remembers our first week together in July last summer like it was yesterday, it's just really hard to believe a year has passed since then.........well that and the fact that he's put up with me for a year now.

I've been thinking a lot about going back to school...and i think i've decided that i'm not going to go back to Lincoln hating it. I want a fresh start. I'm not going to go in with the mindset of "lincoln sucks."

I'm happy. I am genuinely happy. And i don't want that to change.

So who knows if i'll post again before i'm back at school......for anyone who still reads this.....check back every now and then and see if i have, but no promises.

Hope all is well for everyone..........and i hope you bitches in Europe are having fun!
