Shafted Again!! Thursday, December 22, 2005: 2005: A Year In ReviewWhere do I begin?January: No bowl trip. Wisdom teeth out. 6 months with Mike and then his 21st birthday............................assorted school things...beginning of the semester and suchFebruary: Obviously valentine's day, it was really wonderful to have an actual legitimate valentine for the first time in my life.March: St. Patties day excursion to Minneapolis to visit Chang. I made the trip with Bill and Sam. I actually was pretty good as far as my drinking went, didn't get too obliterated. On the drive home decided to go balls out and drive into a blizzard.....which landed me driving bill's durango in the ditch. Twice. But it was me that got us out of the ditch twice............this princess doesn't sleep in cars, therefore getting stuck in one was NOT an option....April: oh april was april.......umm nothing too noteworthy happened.........at least that's what i'm going to tell myself but it's mostly because i can't remember........oh wait, something pretty crappy concerning my health happened in April......but we're not going there.May: School's out! I ended up with a 3.97 for the semester because of one stupid A-. And then my birthday, which was awesome, thanks to Mike! I got a new job at a different daycare and started there........June: Work................and another trip to Minnesota for Chang's 21st.........added some jewelry and had a very fun time at his birthday.....it yielded quotes such as "am i eating bread or my fingers?". That was an awesome trip made with my boys Sinley and JP. I even got them into body art!!!!July: Work. Summer class. One year with Mike. That rocked my socks off!!August: Band camp. School. I started the math block and was placed with quite possibly the coolest two cooperating teachers ever. Did practicum in a kindergarten class, that was amazing!September: This was mostly the stretch of one week shows for band, so that consumed me. I also decided to join ADPi in september!October: Initiation!!!!!! Pep band trip to Baylor, that was freakin awesome as well.....some very good quality time with Kate! Mike and i broke up, and i honestly don't remember anything after that..........only that i went as Anna Nicole to a Halloween/Birthday party and was really depressed under my whorish makeup and blonde wigNovember: Mike and i got back together! Thanksgiving!!!December: A 4.0 semester finished. And that brings me to now. I say bring on the holidays. I've never really been a huge fan of them. I mean i get into the spirit and all of that but i jsut really don't like being forced to socialize with people (aka family) that i don't particularly like. I don't understand why everyone thinks it's a requirement to be overly happy this time of the year.For now i guess we'll see............things are kind of up and down right now.......i don't really want to leave for the bowl trip and let things stew here, so we'll see if things clear up before then.Bring on 2006, i'm ready to grab you by the horns.....~until...
